Monique recognises the importance of developing functional, maintainable and usable solutions for clients, and she combines cutting-edge technical knowledge with strong business acumen to achieve the best results possible in any job she takes on.

With over 20 years of experience in industry and consulting in performance management solution development, Monique has an unrivalled ability to assess practical methods for transforming the business model. Coming from an accounting background Monique has worked in a range of fields including banking and finance, education, media, property development and pharmaceuticals. With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting Major) as well as a Masters in Information Technology, her other qualifications also include TM1 Developers Certification, ITTL Foundation Certification and 13 years of experience in TM1.

Having successfully developed, written and delivered training processes for TM1 uses, including workshops for advanced users, it is one of her goals to develop migration processes to move TM1 Models through a development life cycle without jeopardising production. Monique brings a variety of vital skills to PMSquare, including business analysis, project management, process implementation as well as expertise in training and communication.
