Peter knows how important it is to keep your eye on the big picture – and ensure that all your business’s needs are still met while you’re doing it. Having earned a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from the University of Corporate Education in Germany – and devoting more than eight years to developing extensive experience in multiple business sectors (including automotive, finance, medical and CPG) – he has a unique appreciation and understanding for a variety of business perspectives.

Peter’s development of a reporting environment for a planning and forecast solution led to his involvement in the field of Business Intelligence with IBM Cognos Products and Data Warehouse applications, and he has subsequently contributed to several projects for leading IT consulting companies. He has built many relationships with business partners, and attributes his success in creating close working partnerships to an understanding of the importance of seeing the other person’s point of view.

Peter believes one of the key elements in the business development process is sharing knowledge with others. This prompted him to complete the ‘Train the Trainer’ program at the IHK in Germany, a certification that allows him to ensure that both he and others can benefit from current thinking, knowledge and resources. He also keeps up to date with the latest Cognos releases and product news, as well as Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence topics.
